In this rugged wild country there is a network of hundreds of miles of old logging roads, traditional trails and purpose-built trails through thousands of acres of Crown Land.

This vast and varied terrain offers experiences to suit a wide range of skills and interests, from gentle woodland trails, through mud and water, to technically challenging rocky ascents and descents.

These trails are neither signed nor accurately mapped! It is essential that you either travel with a guide or go equipped with a gps, map and compass, and the skills to use them.
Every ATV rider who stays at Kegos Camp gets a complimentary half day guided tour. This gives you a chance to get acquainted with the "lay of the land", and lets our guides learn about your riding skills and what kind of terrain you are interested in exploring.

GUIDED TOURS

This is the best way to explore this wilderness country safely and enjoyably.Our guides have many hours of experience riding these trails; they know where to find the best scenic lookouts, mud bogs, and lakeside picnic spots. They also know what areas to avoid!

Our guides are trained and equipped for emergency communications, first aid, and trailside repairs, giving you the peace of mind to enjoy your ride.

SELF GUIDED TOURS
For those who prefer to explore on your own, following your complimentary half day tour we will help you to plan the most suitable routes for your party. This is a free service for guests of Kegos Camp. No permits are required to ride the trails in this area.

LAKESIDE COTTAGE ACCOMMODATION
Our comfortable housekeeping cottages are completely equipped for preparing your own meals. Depending on time of year, cottages are available for rent by the night, three- or four- night short stay, or by the week. See our cottage rates page for pricing. Complimentary half -day guided tour is included for ATV groups accommodated at Kegos Camp.

MEAL PLANS
While Kegos is a self-catering resort, we can provide delicious meals by prior arrangement. Cooked lunch on the trail is $15/person; breakfasts and suppers at the camp are available for groups of four or more; contact us for pricing.
