May, June & September:
Short stays available for all cottages and may be booked in advance.
July and August: Short
stays available for cottages 6 and 7, and may be booked in advance.
Short stays for the other cottages are available, and may be reserved
in advance, only if there is still a vacancy as of the indicated number
of weeks prior to the desired arrival date.

**Base
Occupancy is the number of people covered by the base price.
There is a charge of
$50/wk $15/ night for additional adults over the
base occupancy and $30/wk $5/ night for additional children.
The Maximum Capacity is the total number of people permitted in the
cottage. This includes daytime or overnight visitors, and
individuals sleeping in tents or trailers outside the cottages.
Daytime
and overnight visitors
Kegos Camp guests may have
family and friends visit, during the day or overnight, free of
charge as long as the total number of people does not
exceed base occupancy. For individuals in excess of that number, the
daily (nightly) rate of $15/adult and $5/child will be charged.
The total number of guests + visitors must not exceed the Maximum
Capacity of the cottage.

Deposit and
Cancellation Policy
Deposit options:

reservations
must be confirmed at the time
of booking by choosing one of the options below)
1). Cancellation Insurance: Non-refundable premium of 10% of cottage
base rate, per week booked. Unlike a deposit, this amount is not
refundable on cancellation and is not deducted from your total payable
on the cottage rental. However, in the event of cancellation,
there will be no further cost or obligation on your part. Cancellation
Insurance must be paid in full by cash or credit card at
the time of booking for your reservation to be confirmed.
2) Refundable deposit of 50% of the base rate per
cottage per week, .
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice
is received 10 weeks or more before the reserved date of arrival, or if
we are able to fill the vacancy.
Deposit refund is reduced by 10 % for each week after the 10-week
cutoff point. (See below for examples). For bookings made 10 or fewer
weeks before arrival
date, refund is reduced by 10% for each week since booking.
Deposit is payable in full by Visa
or Mastercard at the time of booking, or by pre-authorization of
instalment payments by
credit card.
Sorry, we cannot accept
personal cheques or debit cards.
